we are not responsible on any lost parcel. But I will give you the tracking number of your parcel once the parcel is sent .

goods are not exchangeable or returnable once it's sold .

Last but not least .

If you are using bank-in method via cash deposit machine . I understand that you are not allowed to deposit RM1 note . so . if you pay more than the total . I will be returning the balance together in your parcel .
